Sent wrong Yeast and then next day sent the correct Yeast.
XL IS NOT LS; Big Difference and I am sure I could never return an opened Vaccuum packaged block of Yeast. I am sorry I opened it. I am even more sorry to say I do not have the LS still. I hope someone reads this and fixes the issue fast. ;)They FIXED IT FAST! Caught the Issue before I could even report it and sent the new stuff one day delivery. Before I even told them I would keep and use both yeast bricks. Great Company and service.

Doesn't ferment past 6%
I have 3 separate batches going and it just won't go passed 6%. sticking with my champagne yeast.
