Bought my 4th pack. Haven’t seen significant results in terms of reducing white hair growth. But my hair does seem to look healthier and stronger. Less hair drop too.

It's an okay product, be sure to drink with plenty of fluid to wash the tablets down as it leaves a distinct aftertaste. To achieve the desired effect you'll need to take long term.
