Good value ,a good flavour I use on cereal every day.

They are easy to use and if they live up to there health claims, I'll be using them for ever.

Never tried these before but I must say they are easy to add to food and have enormous benefits. Also buying them in this size at this price makes them economical too. A win all round.

I just received an order a few days ago and I AM LOVING IT! I'm shocked with the amount of the seeds in a package, it's A LOT. It does its job well. I have an excretory system problem, i poo every 3-4 days. But this product does work, now I poo every morning. I put it in my drinking water and curry. It tasteless tho, it taste better with sweet drink. I feel like I am full more easily, I eat less than normal in the past few days. I am still not familiar with the gel-like texture but as long as it helps me...I have to drink it. I am also on diet therefore I hope I will help me with that.

The benefits of Chia seeds are well documented, so hopefully I will feel them working soon. I am taking 15g of them sprinkled on my porridge every day, they are quite pleasant to eat, only taken them for a few days so they haven't really had time for me to judge if they work. I am pleased with them though.

Great to sprinkle on salads

These are great quality seeds - i had previously been buying cheaper ones and there's just no contest. These taste so much nicer and have a far better texture. Bag will last for ages at one dessert spoon a day so it is good value - will definitely buy from here again.
