Beautiful and incredibly sharp
Excellent knife, sharp, feels good, handles well. Finish and appearance is impressive. I'm not sure if it really is worth $299, but similar Carter and Cut Brooklyn knives cost 2-3x as much, so it's probably a good deal.

Good Knife
I like the product but it is the wrong style for me. I have some other Kramer chef knives (Zwilling and Shun) that are better suited for me. This now becomes an extremely nice knife for others to use when assisting me in the kitchen.

Very sharp knife which any chef would love
This is a the best knife that we have ever owned. My wife is a great cook and having such a well balanced and ultra sharp knife makes food preparation a breeze.

Fit and finish not close to what one expects from Zwilling let alone a Kramer
Beautiful knife! This knife has been in the box since I purchased it . I was waiting for Bob Tate to get set up in his new location after moving from Seattle to have it sharpened. The knife is not sharp out of the box with a slight burr on one side of the edge. Taking a close look at the knife you can see the spine is not perfectly straight. The rivets are proud with the micarta handle and the bolster is also proud with the handle, not alot, but enough that you can feel the raised areas. A knife in this price point should not have these quality control issues. I would not recommend this knife to anyone until quality control can be verified.

ZWILLING KRAMER DAMASCUS 8-INCH, NARROW CHEF'S KNIFE
The media could not be loaded. I bought this Kramer knife directly from Zwilling.com. Very sharp, well balanced with beautiful Macarta handle knife that exceeded all my expectations. I naively thought that this knife can be used by everybody but not this knife only for adult chiefs. I recommend to buy it.P.S. Usually Macarta handles on knifes are getting wet and after become very sticky with degraded material but that helps to hold knife very firm. I will see how it’s going to be on this knife.

My favorite kitchen tool
Had this knife for three years and it has been a pleasure to use. Ergonomically solid and extremely well built. Easy to clean and holds an for long periods.Highly recommend.
