The Cooau CU-SPC05 Action Camera is very easy to use and produces great videos and pictures. Inside the box you will find everything you need to operate the camera and lots of extras for various camera adventures. The remote control is great for starting and stopping videos and very useful for snapping high resolution pictures without shaking the camera. Along with the remote control the wifi app Live DV gives you great hands free control of the camera. There are so many options and features you can choose from such as burst photo for moving action shots, loop recording for dash cam function, self timer and slow motion. Currently I'm making a 4K 30FPS time lapse video of the sky as the clouds are approaching and becoming darker with rain expected in several hours. There are many features for different terrains that I'm looking forward to exploring with this great action camera. You will not be disappointed choosing the Cooau UC-SPC05 Action Camera.A Storm Approached - Using the cameras time lapse feature at 4K 30FPS with 5 second picture intervals I took a fantastic 3 hour video. The clouds rolling through the sky, darkening leading to a needed rain storm then lifting to the sun. Using the camera connected to the HDMI of the 4k UHD TV led to a 3 hour video compressed to 2 minutes that is truly fantastic. The only problem for this review is that the video is 667MB and Amazon limits video uploads to 100MB. The time lapse feature is great!!!

Get what you pay for. This is real review. I purchased this 2 weeks ago. The picture quality is good, very good. But the camera itself, very cheap made. First item to break, the battery cover. It doesn't hinge swing open like gopro, it's just a super thin plastic snap on cover, that already is broke. And if you cannot keep the battery in, then camera will never work. The buttons and function menu to move thru and navigate is messed up. The housing, the camera, is not for Florida. I used it on a 89 degree day, sun/shade mix, it overheated, the housing got fog tight on the lens area, so video no good all moisture fog.That was just using it out on my boat, not underwater. Just, buy a gopro and save your money even though it's cheap. You will be fiddeling with this camera constantly. Oh, and the screen when recording, you can barely see or tell if it's recording, the red numbers are barely viable, so you don't know if it is or not. There is no start n stop sound when record/stop is depressed. Just poorly usable.It's not worth the hassle for 45 dollars. Unless you really want to keep making things work by fixing and workinhg on your new camera.The mounts are like gopro, but, the screw threads are different, so you cannot interchange.

Image quality is better than i expected for the price. Would agree the build is not up to par with go pro, but you shouldn't expect that quality for a fraction of the price

After I read the specs I was worried it may be difficult to use, pleasantly surprized it was so easy to start using. I bought this for a 13 year old who is missing his right hand so I was worried about ease of use for him as he is going to dolphin training camp and wanted an underwater camera. The remote is great for dry shots of any kind and the buttons are easy to access for a lefty! Im thrilled with this purchase and cant wait to see the shots he gets

Take time to familiarize yourself with the instructions. Batteries should be fully charged preferably trough a power outlet before use.Go online and get as much info on the product. I used my iPad pro and my iPhone to download the apps. You will get there take your time and use as much as possible your house outlets to charge and set up your camera. I use a 32GB mini Samsung card and it works just fine. Have fun.!

So after trying many times I decided return, why:- waterproof case too hard to open- remote control not working properly- takes too long to download even a video of 3 minutes (I can use flash drive but I prefer Bluetooth and online downloads)- I loved camera video quality but no more time flying to Brazil Monday. Thank you soo much for your help!

I didn't want to spend a few hundred bucks on a GoPro and was shocking surprised how well this alternative worked. For the money this thing rocks. It comes with all the mounting accessories and for the price I wasn't nervous about breaking or losing it in tough situations. GoPro can't compete with this. I Took the photo above with the camera. Not bad.

The media could not be loaded.  I was looking for a quality camera and that is exactly what this one is. It’s got the attachments that I am able to clip it to a helmet or a bike. The picture quality was better than expected. Excited to use this on the trail bike and with the kids.
