Picture quality is very good. However, battery life leaves a lot to be required. No wonder they supply two batteries with each camera. You will probably need to change it over after about 30 mins. Pass this one by. In fact go for a hard wired camera set as you will be forever charging. As for customer service: I emailed them twice and received no reply: The prize offered - when I bought the item 3 months ago - was another spare battery if you give a "fair" review. Half a dozen batteries would be better.

I liked the look at this product. Well packed and seemed easy to work. I went out and recorded a few bits of video but when I tried to upload them onto my MAC it wouldnt open the SD Card!! I researched youtube to try and find the problem without success, so I message the help email in the instruiction manual to be told that the camera is not compatible with a MAC!! No explanation as to work rounds or other ways to help!! So in essence it is no use what so ever. This should be made clear on the description in a very prominent place to avoid disappoitment. I will have to send the camera back and look for an alternative.

Arrived well packaged and in exellent condition. Nice selection off accessories.Came with 2 batteries and usb cabel but not micro hdmi connector or cable.F Very impressed with video quality and play back.For the price no complaints whatsoever.Can't connect to phone via WIFI, but possible this is my phone problem and not camera.Overall very happy.

The action cam comes with pretty much all the bits you will ever need to fit it almost anywhere. Simple to set up and takes pretty good video. The price is one of its best features. Great little action cam.

First time user of an action camera and I can say I'm impressed with the quality. The 1080 HD recording is particularly impressive, strangely better than the 4k but I am a novice so maybe I haven't worked it out right. There are plenty of attachments that come with it although haven't worked out what their all for. On the whole I'd recommend this camera, it's not expensive , if like me you want to record things like holidays, events. Well worth it. .

hi,i bought this camera to film a holiday of a lifetime diving in the philliopens,all seemed good on arrival ,charged it all up ,worked fine, till it came time to change battery, the flap that covers the battery ,catch is very flimsy and Brock on the first time opening,which then had on effect in that it would not hold the battery in,which stopped the battery charging at times,when it did work it was ok ,not great just ok,lost the chance to record a lot of great moments

A delightful camera. Ever so small light and compact, but does all you'd expect. 4K ultra HD goodness and a Sony lens. This Cooau camera came with a huge amount of goodies; all kinds of brackets to fix to different things for filming, an underwater case, TWO batteries and best of all a tiny remote to get that perfect video from afar with you in. Great value for money and came super quick.

I am in love with the way that its as good as a Gopro but is so much cheaper. And unlike most cheap cameras the UI is easy to use.
