Yuck!!!
Water taste like it was stored inside of a tire. Can't drink it need to send it back. Gross taste.

No, I have not checked out the phone, but the water definitely has a more alkaline taste, and my 3 stars only is.more for several things I've noted since using it for a few months: first, the instructions are not clear and you have to Google other comments to figure out if you use the spare activator cartridge or when to change it. Next, I've noticed that the area around the threads are already rusting. Considering this is supposed to be stainless steel, I'm thinking it's because it's a lower/thinner grade. All around, I do enjoy the convenience of being able to filter water while at work. I may contact the company to discuss the rusting.

I never used it. Bc I filled it with water and then noticed that the bottom part of the bottle that has the alkalinizing "stuff" in it, cannot be cleaned out. So the water gets in there and can grow bacteria and algae, and it can never be cleaned. I should have returned it, but got busy and it never happened.

I don't think it worked
I went through a significant number of ph test strips and non of them gave a ph reading higher than the straight from the tap reading. Very disappointed.

Disappointing
The product delivered was nothing like the product ordered and described, instead of a metal flask I recieved a plastic bottle, my experience with the product sent is that it was an absolute disappointment and nothing like the product description
