I don't want to go without these ever again
Okay, so I know these apple pectin powder capsules look big and kind of daunting, but they are REALLY helpful if you have GERD/acid reflux/GI issues. I've had chronic GERD since I was a kid, and other than my PPI meds, these are the biggest help to keeping my heartburn at bay. More than that though, if you're a person with a big appetite, the high fibre means your appetite basically vanishes. I took these only to boost my immunity and was really impressed by the other things I've experienced. So not only is my immunity better now, but I also have less GI issues and can try calorie-restrictive dieting without suffering constant hunger pangs. I'm gonna buy these forever I'm sure. Certainly one to add to the vitamin cabinet!
