I needed a pillow for neck/shoulder/back pain and was using a wedge pillow but find myself sliding down throughout the night which only exacerbated my issue. I chose this pillow bc of the shoulder support. I am a side sleeper, can't sleep on my stomach bc my neck and back are in pain when I wake up and can't sleep on my back anymore bc I snore. So glad I went with this one, it offers great support for my shoulders which can be on pain due to sleeping on my side all night.

I've been trying to adjust to a wedge pillow (which I am using for sleep apnea) for several months. I am a back sleeper, the whole night. My head is not supported my wedge but tends to loll to one side or the other, causing constant neck strain and pain. In addition, my body tends to slide down the wedge so that I end up halfway through the night with my neck bent at an awkward angle, causing more neck pain. This pillow solved both of my problems and completely eliminated my neck problems. The HOMCA pillow cover has a grip fabric that clings to the wedge and keeps it in place on my wedge, unlike my regular pillow with a slippery pillowcase. The HOMCA pillow cradles my head, keeping me on the pillow, so I don't slide down the wedge either. The raised areas on either side of the pillow cradle my head side-to-side so it doesn't loll sideways and strain my neck. After months of trying different methods to support my head side-to-side and keep my pillow or my body from sliding down the wedge and waking daily with neck pain, I am completely pain free. I love this pillow and gladly give it 5 stars!

I like the concept. However even after the 24 hrs it still has this like huge crease on the left side. I didn’t return it because I didn’t want to mess with it.

This is just what I needed! Helps me sleep on my back!

For side sleepers is not good, pillow is too soft and it does not support your neck like it says it does.

Great pillow my hubby loves it but. It's not as thick as it says it would be and it was a week before he used it after he opened it

I sleep on my hands waking with compressed hands and fingers. This pillow, from the first night, stopped my habit and gave me a wonderful night's sleep! I still have arthritic hands of course, but my mornings are much better. The pillow took a full two days to completely expand, but well worth the wait. I waited to submit my review until after using the pillow for a month. Please, just wait 24 hours before making a judgment because the pillow arrives in a very tight envelope. Initially, I thought there was a piece missing, which upset me to the point of contacting customer service. However, you really need to give it 24 hours; the pillow will expand to its full size and be ready to use, so patience is key. After using it for four weeks, I've noticed a significant improvement in my neck and shoulders—I can sleep like a baby now. It took about two weeks to start feeling a difference, but I wouldn't go back to a regular pillow anymore. I love it so much that I would even consider giving it as a gift to someone.

I never thought it possible that a pillow could actually make a difference to your sleep. For the first time in years I am getting my best sleep. No stiff neck, no sore shoulders. This has to be the best pillow I have ever had. I have spent hundred of dollars on pillows from specialist stores. But this one tops them all.

Dense. I am still getting headaches. Material is sturdy. Well made but not good for me.
