Wireless Earbuds, Black [Discontinued]

At one point, I would have recommended Earin to most of my friends. But after two pairs malfunctioned on me and terrible experiences with their customer support, I'd not recommend this to anyone.When they're working, they do absolutely everything I wanted from a pair of wireless headphones. When they don't, they really don't. I had constant disconnections of the right earbud every time I used them. After ten to twenty minutes, even in a small office with solid walls and my phone right next to me, they disconnected.I contacted customer support and they proceeded to go through the customary checklist you always get from any customer support. After a few weeks of them saying it was my phone, it was the room I was in, that bluetooth is inherently faulty, they told me they couldn't help any more. At that point, I was pretty much ignored. They washed their hands of my problems and blamed my phone, my surroundings and everything under the sun. Except their earbuds.Because of this scuzzy behavior towards a customer, I wouldn't recommend anyone give them their money at all. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

Should have a tracking app

Great product, but not worth the money. Connectivity to devices is not secure enough and music drops from one ear all the time. Also cannot be connected with a PC via bluetooth unless its windows 10.

The design of these earbuds is beautiful. They are comfortable in the ear and well secured. The sound is acceptable as long as you use the bass booster. The app is fairly useless. I found it difficult to pair at first but it worked out well in the end. The unforgivable thing is the way the non-direct connected earbud (the right one in this case) keeps cutting in and out - it is totally unacceptable. I sat with the device (my iPad) directly in front of me and the cutting in and out was constant. I feel 2 stars is generous, but so much of this design is well done and elegant - it is a shame about the cutting in and out.

I'd love to give it a 5 star, the concept is solid, and when the device performs it does not let down, but this product should have stayed in testing. There are far too many issues with the ear buds

Do not buy this product. One bud didn't work and never paired with ipad

The very minimum you hope from bluetooth ear buds is that that don't drop out. The company EARIN will try to convince you its the proximity to the source but it is in fact the link from the left (master) to right (slave) bud. I bought mine on a BA flight from Dubai, one of those impulse purchases you regret. The other features are however good, they remain in place, the audio range is good although shallow lower end and lastly the recharge case is a handy little gadget. EARIN need to improve the link. "The I hate it" review is not what I mean, the headphones have their plus points but the drop out is constant and intolerable. Worst tech buy for the last 5 years.

I'm not a consumer that gives review but I felt like I needed to . These are the worst ear buds I have ever owned . I had bought a new phone and I wanted to get some good earbuds and bought these and was very disappointed in them . The sound is not good at all I returned them and just kept my iPhone buds that came with my phone and they sound 10 times better . DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME .
