Hook held for a few days when first installed on shower wall tile (smooth matte porcelain) but has since lost it's grip and keeps falling off. Returning.

I love this!!! I was looking for another shower caddy/towel rack that didn't have to hang on the shower head or be drilled into the shower since I have an apartment, but this thing here is amazing!! simple and easy to install, I couldn't find anything really to complain about. Now the only bad thing is that once you remove the clear sticky thing that makes it grip, you can't use it again so I had to find out the hard way and reorder another one. But other than that, I'll recommend it!

Excellent suction. Has never, ever moved or come down from the side of my walk-in tub. A towel was very much needed as I exit my walk-in tub but I didn't want to mar the surface with screws. this alternative was the best product. Everyone that uses my bathroom asks where I got it!

Very easy to install and very sturdy inside the shower. We had tiles that we did not want to drill holes through for a screw-based hook and we were very glad to find this solution. Often these suction hooks and racks do not work but this one does. It has a bronze finish and looks very beautiful along with our other bronze finished fixtures. It was easy to install and it stays put! We bought A second one for the bathroom we’re installing in the basement.
