You know how you can be going along and you don't realize your glasses are dirty? You take them off and clean them, and when you put them back on you're like, "Wow, that helps?"That's what this stuff is like. The serving size is a heaping tablespoon, but the first time I tried it I only used a teaspoon. I couldn't believe how much energy I had. I felt alive for the first time in months.I asked a friend, who is knowledgeable about such things, what is in this that makes it work so well. She said it was the B vitamins. I have been taking B Complex for years and it doesn't do anything like what this powder does.I will say the one drawback is the taste. It has a horrible, nasty taste (unless you are a goat and like the flavor of a freshly mowed lawn.) I'll keep drinking it though, the benefits far outweigh the flavor.

This stuff is amazing. I add 2 tblsp to my morning smoothies and have been doing so for majority of the year (2013). Almost immediately after adding Enerfood I could feel the difference it was making. I became more alert, more focused, and had more energy and clarity.On days that I'm running late or just forget and don't have my morning health fix, I really feel the difference! Nowadays, I get a little nervous feeling when I'm down to just a single 1lb container.Additionally, I also add 2 teaspoons to my (large) dogs food for their morning feeding. They love it! When they're finished, they both carry their food bowls to me asking for more. This does not happen when I don't add Enerfood to their evening meals.tl;dr - I cannot say enough about how fantastic this product is!

I have used this product for almost ten years. The great thing about having amazon prime is I don't have pay the high shipping costs Enerhealth charges at their website! The prices are a lot higher than when they first started out, but when you can feel the nutrients inside your veins you just end up paying the higher price that has been pretty stable the last few years. Anyways the taste is not bad if you blend with bananas and apples. I can't believe organic apples are so much cheaper at the local health food store ($7 for a 3LB bag) than walmart ($6 for a 2LB bag), but I guess when you have a monopoly you can raise the prices. I digress, the point I am making is if you are on a budget and don't want the nasty taste of this green drink with just water here is a great affordable recipe that I have fine tuned:1. 1/2 Enerfood Serving2. 1/2 Organic Lemon or Lime3. 1 Banana4. 1 Apple5. 1-2 cups of Silk Unsweet Coconut Milk6. 1 serving of Sunwarrior chocolate protein (If replacing dinner or lunch)7. 1 serving of cheap Organic Bulk Rice Protein Powder(If replacing dinner or lunch)Directions:In the blender first add liquid coconut milk. Then turn blender on lowest setting and take lid of to add in dry protein powder and dry Enerfood (So the dry ingredients don't stick to the sides of your blender :) Make sure you unwrap all bananas and store them in the freezer in plastic bag (They can easily be pulled from one another). Stop blender put cored apple in the blender and put the lid on and blend. Then squeeze half lemon and add the frozen banana last. It will come out delicious. You can replace the lemon with: Raspberries, Blackberries, Cranberries, Strawberries, Mango, and Blueberries.

I've purchased many green foods but this is the only one I've been able to stick with. I blend it with my orange juice and manage to dissolve it without using a blender, so its as easy to mix and tolerate (if you're a picky eater like moi). If you can only afford one or two products, This product is not a leap of faith, i got tangible results on my first canister, i had more energy and better digestion, so I'd recommend Enerfood, unless you want to waste money and shelf life!

I did a lot of research on the best multivitamins and superfoods products before purchasing this. I decided to go with this because unlike tangy tangerine, enerfood is 100% organic. Yes the taste is absolutely awful but i mix it in water and take it down very quickly followed by glass of water followed by an orange to supress the after taste and then i eat my breakfast. The noticeable difference is the energy this product gives you which last for most of the day if not going into the next day. The beautiful thing is that there is no crash. I do listen to a lot of mike adams suggestions on suppliments because he is the real deal so its this along with fish oil and that hawaiian stuff but other than that, i don't buy any other vitamins, this stuff is expensive enough but its the real deal. In my opinion, its probably not supposed to taste good if you want some real quality stuff.

Mixed on this product. It is a nice product and I believe it does energize, but it is the worst mixing and tasting powder on the market. I have used several brands and albeit none taste good BUT this one clumps and tries to make you throw up--ever time! I will not purchase again unless between now and the end of the container I am somehow bestowed magical powers from using this product that allow me to fly like superman or have super strengths like the hulk!Taste is not everything, but who wants to eat powdered cow turds?

It works great. I like the extra energy and health benefits of adding enerfood smoothies to my daily regimen. These daily morning smoothies along with a few simple life changes helped me beat acid reflux. The changes I made were exercising more often, drinking more water with meals, slowing down the speed at which i eat and chewing thoroughly. I no longer need PPIs like Nexium to get through the day. Thanks to Darren and Steve for coming on the old JB radio show and introducing me to a product of such daily importance to my life. Without this product, I would probably be stuck taking Nexium for the rest of my life as my doctors said was common.

Took for energy, taste like FISH and GRASS. Don't like fish and grass? Buy this anyway. Gives great energy, and as an added benefit I haven't had a single case of heartburn since i started taking this. (it used to be Satan before)
