Healthy and light on the digestive system
Love spinach. Baby spinach is supposed to have more nutrients. I also find them slightly tastier.I tend to have these fresh or slightly sauteed, with a hint of seasoning.Unlike cruciferous veg, spinach is very light and easy to digest. I can eat loads without getting bloated.

This spinach is the best from anywhere! I mean that! It's washed and ready to eat. I don't eat raw spinach in the winter but do in the summer as a salad and this is just so clean and tasty. It just seems to keep forever. I have had it in my fridge for a week and still ready and good to go. Can't go wrong!

Be careful, this product is sometime-ish
Every now and then this product is ok. Usually it's really good, excellent quality. But lately over the past few months the quality has been really bad. I order this on a regular basis and I've noticed if the spinach is not drenched in water (which makes it spoil quickly), it is infested with fungi and bacteria. It has been really slimy or has fungal disease. This is the 3rd time in a row I have had to literally throw the whole bag away because of this which is a real shame.
