Great Design but Flawed.
Let me start of by saying bought this product on a hope and a prayer. I saw this product on Kickstarter a few years back and decided not to buy it then. I loved the concept of a completely wireless setup. This product looks like a great design but has many flaws. My first issue with this product was the cutting in and out. It would work for maybe 1 song and then the next song the right ear would just completely stop working. I followed the troubleshooting instructions from Earin.com and I still had issues. There were times I would have my phone on my desk and I would still have issues with cutting out.The second issue I had was the charging capsule case. If you don't use the small foam ear inserts, the earbuds did not fit well into the charging capsule. I used the medium size foam tips and it was difficult to fix them in the capsule and charge them. There were times that it even seemed to pop out just enough that it would not charge the earbuds. This became annoying when I would try to listen to music and the earbuds were dead. The third issue was the hours it supposedly would last to listen to music. I could only use them for about an hour and the battery would get very low on them. I don't know if this was just my pair or if everyone has an issue like mine.I love the concept of these headphones and really wished that these worked great but was very disappointed with the purchase. I have since returned them and have gotten my money back. I would definitely not recommend this to a friend.

Don’t buy
Absolute crap, do not buy!!! When they work they sound good, the problems are numerous. Sometimes they connect with no problem, other times they don’t show up in the Bluetooth settings and won’t pair. There is no hard reset like with most other devices. The connection between the two earbuds is so weak that in normal operation one of the earbuds will just shut off. It is annoying to be listening to something and suddenly you are listening to it with one ear. Their customer service is horrible. They make you do the same cookie cutter steps to try to fix the problem, even when you explain to them that you have already tried all of them because this is not your first call. I am on my third warranty pair and they have all been as bad as the last. They will replace them, after you jump through all of their hoops. But the ones they send you are just as shoddy as the first pair. If you want unreliability and frustration go for it.

Build good...rest NO GOOD
The only good thing about this Bluetooth is the build and packaging, that's it. Connection no good, volume no good and the worst of it all is the EARIN APP for M1, can connect once after that no mas(NO MORE)...geeez, been figuring it out for almost 6 hours now, uninstall the app forget the Bluetooth on the settings, reinstall and set up again and again, and again and again...JUST GOT TIRED😠 Hope Earin is listening and stop selling the M1.

Customer service through Earin is the worst. Do not buy!!
The idea of these ear buds is great but they are terrible. Sound quality is okay but the connectivity is terrible. I have major issues with the right earbud going out. I contacted earin and they gave me a list of things to do in order to boost the connection strength. And nothing worked. I told them multiple times that I just need to send them back and excersise my one year warranty and they are not responding. Do not waste your money on these. Terrible product and even wore customer service.

Will Never Buy Again
Couldn’t even get a full hour out of these, yet there suppose to be the best, I got better sound from a $9.00 pair I bought.Customer care is really bad, no after sale care at all. I had high hopes for these,

AMAZINGLY GOOD
I have expected for a long time to get these earbuds ever since they were out in the market, just waited to buy them cheaper, so though a second hand pair, they are simply amazing, fit perfect in my ears and they do not slip as another I purchased last year which did not even work paired together.Simply the best bluetooth earbuds on the market

... the product is high-quality in materials the sound is good and sometimes will cut out on one side
I’ve gotten the air in right on time as expected the product is high-quality in materials the sound is good and sometimes will cut out on one side. However they are good equalizer apps that will make it work fantastic is worth the money for $80 USD not $250 USD

Bought these because they had such a good review, I believe in iTunes magazine
Bought these because they had such a good review, I believe in iTunes magazine. When they work, I like them. However, I almost always have trouble connecting the Bluetooth. And, sometimes the app works, to adjust balance, etc., but more often than not, it doesn't. I'm back to my hard wired pair that came w the phone.

Some minor flaws due to age of design but overall an outstanding set of Earbuds
I felt I needed to write a review of the Earin M-1 earbuds in order to provide some clarity having tried to make sense of some of the previous reviews before purchase. I'll split this down in to two parts function and sound quality.Sound QualityThe M-1 are an excellent sound quality, there is no two ways about it. At their price point they sound fantastic, particularly for such a small form the reproduction is balanced and clear with no audible distortion. Previous reviews have highlighted a lack of LF or bass. I can only put these complaints down to either poor fitting or a misguided idea that the distorted LF sound of the Beats rage of headphones is 'good'. LF reproduction is clear, undistorted and nicely balanced with no noticeable deficit in bass reproduction.I own a range of headphones both over ear and in ear, wired and bluetooth and I would put the audio quality of these in the same bracket as my AKG Y50 on ear wired headphones. The sound stage is not as expansive (to be expected with the far smaller driver) and the LF a touch more constrained (again due to driver size) but these have become my 'go to' in ear.FunctionThe M-1's are all about audio quality and as a result there is functionality missing here that you would normally find in a pair of cheap Chinese Bluetooth earbuds that are all over Amazon. There are no buttons on the earbuds, take them out and they connect/pair to the bluetooth device and put them away to turn off. There are no controls on for skipping track or changing volume etc. These are for listening only.Charging in the case is good, although it would be nice to be able to see when the case is flat, however as I charge it regularly it's really not become an issue for me yet. Likewise a display to indicate each earbud is caring separately would be nice.Dropouts - Previous reviews have highlighted an issue with dropouts of the right earbud with a loss of connection to the left bud. I have noticed this. It is an issue that many earbuds suffer from. However it has been very occasional for me and has been a momentary phase out of the right bud and a phase back in rather than a stutter or sharp cut. Whilst it would be better if it didn't happen it has been very occasional (once or twice in a hour of listening for no more than a second) and as such it hanse;t been a deal breaker for me.It is worth noting that these are Bluetooth 3 due to the age of the design. That means they don't show up as headphones on Apple devices but show connected in a similar way to other higher power bluetooth devices. It does however mean that the connection back to the phone itself is strong and robust and I've had no drop outs in the connection to the device at all so far. I listen using Apple iPhone XS and Apple iPad Air.If you value the sound quality of headphones over gimmicks such as being able to operate Siri then I wholly recombined the Earin M-1. I for one based on the performance of the M-1 will be looking to getting the Earin M-2 as soon as they come down a little in price!

Sublime sound and value.
I have not bought a better pair of earphones in my life than these. For £50 they are the steal of the century. Exceptional open sound, finish and packaging. I can’t believe it’s old technology, ie about 3 years. I have a collection of expensive equipment and these are sublime. Open and punchy sound with great timing. The comfort is so good I forget I am wearing them. I will be buying the M2 aswell. I have no problems with them at all, so I can’t understand the negative reviews.

Disappointing
The left ear bud didn’t work, I’ve used these before and they are amazing, and weren’t cheap before. This order one didn’t work so I bought it again, same issue. Massive thumbs down

it has a great sound and loud enough for my uses
If i could get a refund i would! Did not mind if it is not extremely loud. Condidering the size of those earbuds, it has a great sound and loud enough for my uses. But the fact that the right earbud is deconnecting/reconnecting every 10 sec or so, is extremely irritating! How about you sell something that has a stable and stronger Bluetooth signal. I am very disapointed about this product. Was expecting more from it.
