Resistance Bands for Strength Training, Yoga, Pilates & Stretching - Elastic Bands with Different Strengths for Home Gym

I try to review most products I buy. I think I owe it to the seller. Resistance bands are pretty much generic; however, I have had some that were very flimsy. These are not those. I believe I selected these because they were an "Amazon Choice" or "Prime Choice." They are made of quality material and are clearly marked on the band the level of resistance (nice, because I can't always tell on other brands). The added bonus, and nice for my gym bag, is that they come with a mesh pouch for storage. This keeps them clean and tidy. They also come with some recommended exercises, but please consult your therapist or doctor if you are using these for rehab and recovery like I am. Good product overall; I would buy them again. Can't go wrong.

Good for morning stretching exercises. Appears durable

These bands are well made and the storage bag is great. The different levels of resistance are great for when I'm working different body parts. I use them primarily for leg and feet work. The best part, at least for me, is they do NOT have a strong 'plastic' smell, something that was a problem with the last set I purchased at a sports store. I'm delighted with them and have actually recommended them to a workout buddy.

Right amount of stretch, not to stretchy, not to hard, great for resistance training

Bough for my self to do exercises at home. It’s a great quality for the price it is sold. Comes in three different colors and thickness. I recommend it.

The bands are great! Love the varying tension in each of the three pieces. Unfortunately, came without the instructions and the portable carrying bag that were supposed to be included so I am only giving three stars. I’m okay without the instructions but really would like to have the carrying bag. I am hoping the seller will send the bag to me in the next few days! If so, I will edit my review.

Perfect for the gym or traveling.

I absolutely love the resistance bands that I bought. They are durable and are helping me strengthen my shoulder injury. Would highly recommend.

Goog quality stretch band.

The item arrived on time and in good shape. The bands themselves were easily identified as to the strength of resistance. They appeared to be sturdy and durable.

Does the trick

Work as advertised and appear to be holding up well. For most work it's an idea to tie a loop in the end of the band and leave it there. That makes it easy to adjust the length of the band for various exercises and save wear and tear.
