This kit is usually required to repair a broken catch on your fridge door as the plastic plate is often damaged when the door is forced open or closed when the catch is in the lock position. Just buying the sliding button will not fix the problem.

Exactly what was needed.
The catch was received quickly and was very easy to swap the old for the new. They were identical and I only needed to remove & replace 2 screws. T took around 5 mins, including cleaning the area.
