poor design
My wife could not lift the unit up. It does not "pop" up. Even though I could drag the thing up it makes a "finger nails on chalk board" screech noise. Also you need to wrestle plugs in and out of the unit. I have not used other units but this was not a practical product for us. Returning and will look for another
