Not beginner friendly
The game is okay, probably perfect even for fighting game vets but this is definitely not a beginner friendly fighting game as the game perceives with it's introduction to modern controls and combo assist.After doing the tutorial, I went ahead and hit practice with the modern controls switched on. It's hard to fathom how the different moves work and how to even keep a combo going even with the combo assist. There are combo trials which I also tried but they are absolutely terrible. Timing each move has such a crazy small window you need almost inhuman reaction time to pull them off, even the beginner ones.Avoid if you are a beginner to the fighting game genre.
