Way better feeling than the more expensive Ring - this is heavier and well finished. It works off the battery and it works off the 12v plug. It has a powerful but not overly loud fan. The Ring shrieked and didn't work off the battery properly and was immediately returned, This seems to work down to 10.5v before any alarms, which is v useful This one is a keeper

It works as shouldI'm in the middle of doing a low voltage test with itWith a 6w cfl drawing 1A from the batteries so far it's been 1hour no faultsIt can handle more loads higher than 300w I got up to 400 ish with out it overheating then about 650w it cut out some could be different

Well I'm pleased with it but if it was new why did it have paint on the one conecter and in a plane box wen it was delivered to me .

Rated 300watt continuous and 500watt peak. Hooked up to LED light system with 146.8watt peak startup and 145.7watt continuous power drain and it cant provide enough power... clicking noise from inside inverter as lights flicker on and off, works with lower power items draining 50/100watts so not a faulty product. Just another lying inverter...

There was nothing wrong with the product .the reviews i read were for a 1000 wattt but when i ordered i got 300Watt .total mistake but i am getting a 1000 watt

The best dc to ac converter for its size..runs my laptop and tool battery pack chargers without overheating or excessive drain on my vehicle battery.

Simple excellent design, well made, good value. I liked the robust hand screw connections for either crocodile clip or cigarette lighter type connection. Works well, sensible shape.
