First of all, let me say that this is my first fiber supplement drink. As someone who uses things like Crystal Light in my water, this was a bit of a shock at first (I'll get into that later). However, over my period of using this product, I have grown to like it and think this is a good product.Convenience: The small packets are very convenient to bring with me somewhere, provide the correct portions, and keep the mess to a minimum.Taste: I like coconut and I like lime. So what's not to love with this? Well there's something off about it for this. I don't think there's a strong coconut to it but the lime overpowers a bit. I hated this when I first drank it but I think it was because I was expecting more of a crystal light drink. After the first day though, the flavor has really grown on me although I still think it could be better.Ingredients: These are high quality ingredients (like Psyllium Husk powder) so you are getting good fiber.Price: In my opinion, I think the price is a bit too much for the amount you get and the alternatives out there. If the price was lower, I would get this again.Other: The product does not seem to desolve well in my water bottle. If I leave it alone for a 10 minutes, the particles will bunch at the top (and sometimes bottom). Then, when you go to drink it, it will actually clog the opening and you will not be able to drink the water. Once you understand this though, you'll know to shake it before you drink it. Not a big deal but worth noting.

Nice packaging, a good mix of soluble and insoluble fiber but could not get it to dissolve in any drink. Large clumps wouldn’t break down. Also the taste is awful, I couldn’t get used to it. Won’t purchase again.

I've been taking psyllium fiber supplements for decades, so I'm not a finicky newbie. I take it before bed, in a glass of cold water, vigorously stirred with a spoon and then quickly drunk. When I follow this procedure with the nbpure product, it simply will not disperse or dissolve. The supplement is a fine powder and is very hydrophobic, so when it's vigorously stirred into water it just forms little clumps of dry powder suspended in/floating on the water. Additional stirring with a spoon doesn't help. It's not pleasant to drink this mess. I suspect it would disperse much better in a high-intensity blender as is used to make a smoothie and then it would be drinkable, but nowhere in the listing or on the packaging is this specified or even suggested (It just says "Mix with water"). I acknowledge the premium ingredients in this product - that's why I ordered it and that's why it gets 3 stars from me - but if you can't force yourself to drink it, the best ingredients in the world won't do you any good.

I really like how well this product works and that it contains psylliam husk. It actually fills me up and curbs my appetite and helps things move freely in the morning. I sometimes have ill effects from anything claiming to be a probiotic, but this just does what is needed. The flavor is ok, though I can't say it really tastes like coconut lime. You do need to drink it quickly once mixed, as it can get sludgy at the end and difficult to take down--I'm assuming that's the chia seed jelling. The packs would be nice for travelling and don't take much space as opposed to a bulkier jar even for everyday use, but the price is a little high for a half-month supply. I don't know if I would buy it again as opposed to finding a similar product at a lower price.

This product is made in the USA. It contains 15 small packs, so you don't need a scoop or a spoon tomeasure how much to drink each time which make it convenient to take with trips. It's very easy todilute after mixing it in cold water. When it's fully diluted, it is like smoothie or thin porridge instead ofclear water which is probably thickened by chia seeds and oat fiber. Looking at its ingredient list, I seethat there is 6 g in each packet and 5.2 g of it is fiber which means that 87% is fiber. I like the fact thatit uses zero calorie natural stevia leaves as a sweetener to make it diabetes friendly and drinkingenjoyable. Highly Recommended!
