I like the way it makes me feel. It gives you energy. I was hoping it would give you more. I even took it two times a day but really couldn’t tell. From what I’ve read it was used to help get people through altitude sickness from mountain climbing. It has a lot of vitamins in it and since it’s only week 2 using it maybe it will be more noticeable the amount of energy it gives by the amount of tasks I get accomplished. It’s like thick honey a little bit from the spoon is sweet but take a pea size and you’ll taste the medicinal stuff and I personally won’t do that again. I’ll just mix it with coffee and carry on

When I purchased this product I was disappointed by the potency of the main advertised ingredient. I feel as the listing for this product was misleading because it does say “pure” shilagit. To my surprise, reading the package it says that this product contains other ingredients such as turmeric. After tasting the product, I was sure that my money was not well spent. For those who have tried true-pure shilagit, you will know this is NOT what you were looking for. A real waste of time and money.

Have only been using consistently for about a week now, I do notice a slight change in my energy in the mornings. Essentially tasteless in my water which I love. Hoping to stick to this rather then coffee and energy drinks!

I got this product because I saw people on TikTok say that it’s good for when you been low on energy and it have a lot of other benefits I tried it with my tea and it gave me energy but I just started taking it I’ll update y’all again in a few weeks

I’ll try a few different brands and this one definitely is the highest quality so far! The instructions are very easy to understand, and the product is very easy to use. The health benefits are wonderful. I’m likely going to do a subscribe and save so I don’t run out.

So this is not 100% pure, it’s mixed with other ingredients. It’s doesn’t have the taste nor smell of real shilajit. It dissolves more like a syrup and not sure if I can feel any difference been using it for about 1 month. You would think by only having a small amount of other ingredients 5:1 ratio it would be better but this might be a low grade of shilajit if it’s even real. Definitely wouldn’t buy again.
