If I meet the inventor of this incredible little device, I'll give them a hug. Honestly. This thing is life changing.When you sit at a desk for 11 hours a day, your neck and back get so tight. Really incredible for working through the shoulders especially. . Keeping this thing on the desk has been remarkable. My colleagues often steal it, so I had to order another!Also great for post exercise. The different parts of the device are great for legs, calves, hammy.Best thing about it: it's flexible. So you can put a little pressure, then a little more, and the plastic "gives" just a little bit. But that's just enough to make sure it's more like a massage and less like a hard blunt object.Thank you!

I accidentally ordered this instead of the back buddy but it's fine for me. For anyone suffering with regular muscle spasms as I do, this is good for applying pressure to hard to reach areas. I've been using it for three weeks now and I am starting to get the hang of it. For anyone thinking it is a good purchase to use as some sort of standard relaxing massage tool, it's not! But if you have chronic pain it definitely helps, though you really should know/study bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, fascia, etc, before just buying one and digging in, as I'm sure you could potentially do some damage if you don't know what you are doing!

good value for money. could do with being a bit stronger but I wouldn't have expected anything more for what I paid. Still does the job for reaching those annoying places that niggle

fantastic product, wish I bought this years ago. I can reach places that are hard to reach and I don't need to pester my other half for a massage. It's big in size so its not easy to transport however Im loving it

A bit pricey but solidly built and it enables you to apply pressure on those hard to reach spots on your back. With this, you can do a bit shiatsu massage on your own!

Habe den BBB Junior nun seit eibnigen Wochen und bin absolut begeistert! Die Juniorgröße finde ich bei 1,60 m Körpergröße auch für Erwachsene ausreichend. Kenne allerdings die große Version nicht. Da ich den BBB Junior auch auf Reisen mitnehme ist diese Größe für mich def. besser geeignet!Ich merke deutlich wie sich Muskeln durch die Anwendung des BBB Junior lockern und langjährig verklebte Faszien sich beginnen zu lösen.Obwohl ich regelmässig Physiotherapie habe, kann ich mit diesem Hilfsmittel den Effekt derselben deutlich steigern. Und dadurch ist der BBB Junior ist auch ein wunderbares Hilfsmittel, wenn mal was zuppelt oder richtig schmerzt und kein Physiotherapeut zur Hand ist oder der Orthopäde nicht aussreichend KGrezepte ausstellt ;)

Abbastanza soddisfatta del prodotto, utile per automassaggiare alcuni punti del corpo altrimenti difficili da raggiungere, principalmente della schiena e del sottoglutei, ma utilizzabile ovunque salvando i pollici.Costruito con un materiale di plastica indubbiamente resistente, e buono spessore.Le misure sono un po' ridotte rispetto ad altri thera cane, come si può capire dalla sigla jr: può andare bene per me che sono 1,58 x 48kg, ma dubito possa risultare totalmente funzionale per stazze maggiori.L'utilizzo è abbastanza intuitivo: non dispone di una brochure illustrativa adeguata ( mi ha un po' infastidito che sia accompagnato da foglio illustrativo del modello più grande, e molto più costoso, che ha oltre tutto forma diversa e 11sporgenze e non 8 come questo).Per me questo è più che sufficiente, visto che uso comunque anche altri strumenti: è pur sempre un pezzo di plastica (pollici restano il mezzo migliore, ma dove arrivano) e per 25€ vale la pena provare.

Super schnelle Lieferung, Freitag abends bestellt und bereits am Dienstag Morgen in meinen Händen.Sehr stabiles Material, freue mich schon aufs ausprobieren.Einziges Manko dass ich anzumerken habe (darum auch die 4 Sterne) - die Verpackung.Man könnte sagen es ist natürlich sehr gut eingepackt, meines Erachtens nach ein wenig zu viel für ein Stück Hartkunststoff, dass die Lieferung in einer kleineren umweltfreundlicheren Verpackung bestimmt auch überlebt hätte.!
