In shadow 2. The water level is too low 3. Solar panel or Water inlet is blocked or dirty If solar fountain pump stops spray, please try the following steps: 1. Detach the rotor, and clean the cap, rotor and hole. Then assemble them; 2. Cleaning the solar panel; 3. Press the pump completely into the water to drain the air and release; 4. Pump start to work. Warm Tips: ★If the pump runs out of power, it may not work immediately, please just put the pump exposed in direct sunlight about 30 minutes for energy reserves. ★Water should at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) deep and clean. If water is not deep enough, the pump is not able to pump in and spray out water. ★Pls remove the screen protector on pump first, since it will works better after you remove the screen protector. - It is recommended to install the tubes and nozzles after the fountain starts spraying water. The nozzle top should be above the water. - If your fountain stops working, you can move it to a shaded area to cool down.
