Yes, it's refillable. Very easy to use. But, to be perfectly honest, find an old Zippo and buy a z-plus insert for it for $10.50. Absolutely the best lighter and I've owned many. Single flame, powerful enough, lights easily and stays lit. I thought the Blazer would at least equal it for functionality. Sadly, it almost does, but not quite. On the plus side, Blazer quality of workmanship is top notch for the price. I have no stake in z-plus.

Depends on how much you use the lighter... very comfortable in hand. Any bigger would seem wrong. I was pleased with the lighter.
