good deal but know what works with your device before ordering, b/c these don't have a built in DAC
These are a good deal for what they are, but pay attention and know what works with your device before ordering--I have an Essential Phone and a friend has a Pixel--these are useless for those, b/c they require a DAC in the adapter. I guess MotoZ doesn't. Not worth returning, but will probably give away in due time.

Just as advertised
This is a passive adapter, so it only works with certain phones. My Moto Z2 Force is one of those phones, and this adapter works very well with it. It will not work with the Essential PH-1, Razer Phone, Google Pixel series, and certain others; for those, you want an active adapter, like the Apple and Razer versions.

Sony Xperia XZ2- 2/3 Music, 0/3 Mic
Using Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact. 2 of 3 worked for music with no trouble. One constantly cuts out unless the cable is perfectly straight. Mic doesn't work on any of them. When calling, it still uses the phone microphone so you can't put the phone in your pocket.

not very durable
Was plesently surprised when I got them, but not so much a couple months later. 2 of the 3 are shot after light use. They are great as long as you sit still with them and don't move.

BREAK AFTER SEVERAL USES, A USELESS PURCHASE.
Only works for about a week and then one of the earbuds stops working. No wonder they sell them in packs of three. My first pack lasted less than a month before all of them were broken, and my requested replacement has already started to break, right on schedule. I've had this issue in the past with the Motorola brand adaptors, and I switched to these hoping they would be better but they are WORSE. If I could give it 0 stars I WOULD!

Hit or miss quality
Three of them came and two of them worked, thus only three stars. Sound quality not great even on the ones that work. But they are inexpensive! A necessary evil when your phone doesn't have a headphone jack.

Garbage
Clearly says MotoZ in the title. Sound only comes out one ear unless you push up on the wire. Mic doesn't work. It's not my headphones. Constantly falls out. It's like it's too small. Your better off paying for the original that comes with it.

Works great!
Fits firmly and securely for both usbc slot on phone as well as securely for headphones jack. Very satisfied currently. Will update if need be.
