Rampow stands behind every product they sell. We had been using micro-USB cables from Rampow on our previous devices. Due to inherent micro-USB connector issues, we had to utilize Rampow's unconditional replacement policy several times. Using the newer USB-C cables (which don't suffer from loosening connections), we have been absolutely happy with these cables and have not had a single issue.Update: My original cables continue to work great. Bought an additional set of cables to charge devices while using devices in our living room. The newer cables are the same durable quality and now have a tighter fitting connector that doesn't come lose easily. These are great for charging devices while actively being used.

I ordered a pair of these USB-C fast charging cables because my girlfriend and I needed longer cables with which to charge our cellphones (the charging cables included with our phones, 1 Samsung & 1 LG, are too short, and do not reach into most of the places we hang out inside our apartment). We are impressed with their length (6.5 ft) and performance, and we highly recommend this brand (RAMPOW) should you be in the market for a sturdy USB-C charging cable.

Still the only brand of cord I'll buy. I've bought 5-6 different cords over the last few years and only had one go bad on me - and I expect that was as much to do with my kids handling that particular cord as anything else. AND they did honor the warranty and sent me a replacement cable. No complaints it works better and longer than even the Samsung OEM cables.

These cables work well and manage fast charge properly. They last about a year and then they became faulty, not charging well. To be fair Rampow cables fairly good compared to others that last less. I think is about braided cables, which I thought were better than regular rubber kind of cables, but is the other way around. In my experience braided cables wear and tear quicker than regular ones.

I've had to order these at least 4 times now because my puppy kept deciding to eat these and chew them apart. 3 for durability because my dog kept eating them but pretty unfair for me to rate their use based on my dog eating them. Never had a problem with these unrelated to my dog eating them

I ONLY buy Rampow chargers now! They are super durable, amazing quality, and have a warranty. You can't beat it! Fast charging works just as well as factory cords for both my Galaxy S9+ and my boyfriend's Galaxy S10+. The super long cables work great for outlets behind the bed or couch.

I've always had difficulty with chargers breaking at the port, and the default charger is never long enough. I bought a RAMPOW microUSB charger for my last phone (Samsung Galaxy S6) and was completely satisfied. The only reason I had to get a new charger was my new phone in USBC. Been using the chargers for a couple weeks now, and both cables work great. Cables are long, and are actually fast charging. Plus it comes with a free lifetime warranty from RAMPOW. Will always recommend!
