Did not include headband
I ordered this and paid express shipping for an event this weekend, just to find that the headband was not included, and the fabric did not appear new but has a look of fading/peeling from being washed many times I unfortunately am not able to return the item, since I was left scrambling the day before for patriotic wear it became patches on denim shorts and a hair tie. Very expensive scrap fabric, I might add!

Very cute but poor quality.
Adorable outfit but poor quality, we received it with a hole in the seam of the top. I made due with it because it was needed for a veterans parade. We received tons of compliments.

Super cute, good quality for the price. I washed it on delicate and line dried and it looks great. I did not need the hair bow, but I ordered two of these outfits and only one contained the hair bow, just for reference. But as my twins wouldn't wear them in their hair it didn't matter and the outfits got lots of compliments.
