This portable DVD player is amazing. Quality of picture is really high, and the sound is also extremely good for the size of the unit. The remote has many options and I have even been using the SD card reader to digitally play my videos instead of always using the DVDs. All in all this is used in the car most of the time and we have not had a single skip or problem since we have started using it. The battery life is very impressive as well. We can easily watch a movie on a single charge. Speaking of charming, the charge time is very reasonable and as I stated lasts quite a while, so long we are not sure the full amount because we can get through a movie plus start another and we have already reached our long destination. I would highly recommend this product. The colors on the player are also fun and make the player a bit more fun and kid friendly, which was its intended purpose. This is much better than the last two DVD players for the car I used, which were Philips and Colby. It is more versatile, and the battery is top quality. The dual headphone output is also a really amazing feature that keeps everyone happy and able to use the unit the way we need in our family. Add to that the low price point and this is a true winner. It is an amazing deal! We highly suggest looking at this if you are in the market for a portable DVD player. I hope one day these guys decide to make a portable Blu-ray player because we would immediately buy it in. Heart beat. First portable player we have not had problems of any kind with after about 3 months plus of use. FYI - Even the instructions are good, a common concern when buying a product made from the East. The paperwork and materials all made sense and matched the product. I wish I had found this product sooner... it would have saved us some time and money on other players we had purchased in the past. If you are on the fence, just buy one. My experience shows that you will not regret it at all.

I like my dvd player, but the material could be better. I have an old Toshiba DVD player and I mean REALLY old. I like the hard plastic that makes it seems like it's heavy duty. My new one (this one not Toshiba) has more of a lightweight plastic material of low quality I'm afraid. The thing where you put your DVD in has a lightweight and seems like it could break easily if I dropped it. Either way, I like my new one, because the screen is bigger and I can read the captions if it comes on. The light that indicates it being on is really bright that I had to put tape over it for the middle of the night.

Happy with my dvd player it is for a person like me with limited patience with tech gadgets and just likes the basics. it was nlayer and hit the button for it to play or go from left to right to go forward,, or up or down to switch to different screens. or even to get the movie to play , because they were not making the old kind anymore. With Amazon it was no problem they sent it right away. I say this because i went to several stores here in our town and they did not have anymore where you could just put the dvd in the player and watch the movie with out knowing the remote and all the other information which this one still gives you the option to set up too. Great little dvd player and beautiful color on pictures, too.very nice. thank you Amazon.

To start, this DVD player is simply Amazing. The cost beat anything I found in stores and it has a larger screen than what I found. The picture is great, sound is great, and battery lasts as advertised. The only complaint I have is the remote. There are more buttons on this remote than on the remote for my Samsung 4k smart TV. So many that I have no want to read the instruction manual to see what they are all for. It is much easier to use the buttons on the player itself. I purchased this for my upcoming move with the military from Utah to Texas. As of now it works great in the house for my kids. More to come following the 21 hour road trip.

A great buy! We used this on an international flight and it was great! Battery life lasted through two full DVDs, and then some! We never needed to charge on any of the planes and one flight was 13 hours alone. The sound is good with and without headphones. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase and I’d highly recommend it. My five year old was happy and content the whole commute and that made my commute enjoyable too!

It worked great until it quit. But it was perfect. Usually calibration goes out of alignment and they're useless, oh well

I got these for my kids for Christmas and I must say I love the swivel to them and my kids sit there and watch them really easy to use and very light def recommend these!

I ordered 2 of these. I've only charged them up and tested them for about 10 minutes each to make sure they worked. The picture quality is good along with being put together pretty solid. All the buttons worked and are your basic functions. Only problem I've noticed is that the sound is not very loud. I will be taking the kiddos on vacation in a couple weeks and I will see how they hold up and I will update again to let you know.
