This pump pump works like a dream. Perhaps a little noisy but I don't have any comparisons. Care needed when fitting to the tap as the pressure is very high and there is a tendancy to leak under pressure unless you use the correct size jubilee clip. Two clips are supplied with the pump which work fine but you will need a third when fitting to the tap.

Effective and very useful 12V pump installed for irrigation using water from a water butt via a mesh filter to avoid a detritus blockage. Good water pressure. Would not hesitate to buy again.

Having read the reviews, I agree the pump is rather noisy and mine also leaked requiring tightening a central screw at the leaky end. Otherwise seems okay.

Good product and easy to fit, a bit noisey, but a good replacement for my failed Whale pump. The only dissapointing thing, is that I had to tighten all the screws, because when it was first fitted water leaked from the pump.

I've had 3 of these pumps now, the first one lasted a few weeks before it started leaking badly from the pump body which obviously activates the micro switch causing the pump to run constantly...that was the best of the three!! Second one was dripping slightly when connected (from the pump body again not the hose connection) for the first time but within 2 hours you could get a better shower outside than from it's intended use to power an lpg shower inside!!Rather stupidly I thought this was just bad luck so bought an identical replacement..and hey presto everything worked and no leaks, ran the shower for 5 minutes, turned it off and all was fine, tools away, job done. Returned for one last check and smoke was coming from the motor accompanied by a smell of burning, this while the pump was idle!!Only godsend is Amazons no quibble return policy.Do yourself a favour and pay a bit more for something decent!!!

This pump has exceeded all my expectations. It is a small pump but it develops sufficient pressure to lift water at least 10 m. It can draw from at least 2m and I have abused it badly without it failing. It has survived being run dry for ages and being run, blocked with rubbish. A very satisfactory purchase.

Fitted in my campervan, found it to be way to noisy. Makes that much noise I wouldn't want turn the tap on at night while on a campsite it would wake everyone up. Apart from that its OK.
