Good product and good price, I got it cause it has all the different types of magnesium in it. Each one on its own is expensive. They are easy to swallow, no harsh taste, I recommend it, I like that it is made in the USA.

I researched magnesium products and found this one to be a complete supplement with good bioavailability. The capsule is a little large, but you only take one a day; other supplements require 2-4 a day. I sleep better, have less joint pain, and feel much less anxious. I will continue to order this product.

My husband and I have been taking this magnesium for awhile now. We ran out…… immediately noticed that we both woke up more during the night and didn’t fall asleep as quick!! When we ran out we had another brand we tried to take in its place. Clearly it didn’t work the same. My husband never notices a difference in much of anything but he noticed that he needs this!!!
