They didn’t work at all, overpriced sweets basically! They tasted nice but the instructions were unclear on when to take them and how many to take! I feel that my sleep actually got worse afterwards and left me with no energy!

No melatonin.
They have no melatonin like the label may suggest by using the made up word "melatonic". Instead it has L-theanine which promotes relaxation and therefore better sleep. It does help personally, but don't expect any major differences.

Ok. Taste was good. VFM? Unsure as never purchased anything of this sort before.They became just like the ZIMOVANE you get from your doctor,...Now, the review:- So the first time I took these I awoke next morning and kind of felt “not-all-there” if that makes sense.Second time I thought, instead of taking the prescribed TWO, I’ll just take ONE.Thinking I’d only got ONE from the jar, when I checked, it was TWO that had kindly stuck themselves together...So I’m now presuming that the TWO I took on the first try, in actual fact was FOUR.Therefore an overdose.So please be careful people, JUST INCASE you make the same silly mistake I did.Have to say though, that, with the CORRECT dosage, they work well.I had a good night sleep, my first in awhile, and there were NO after-effects the next day

the taste of these are ethereal, its really tempting to eat them all at once, i would love it if they made a cheaper version just for the flavourRegarding the sleep quality, this is my first day using them and i havent seen much results yetim guessing its the type of thing where the results come over time?

Scam, They have no Melatonin! Made up “melatonic” label
This is a scam and should be shut down by Amazon! They contain no Melatonin and have used the word “Melatonic” on their label to make you think they do but they do not! Very sneaky and bad practice!
