False advertising
Iâve been using a different brand 10% azelaic acid crème for a while and it definitely worked improving my skin so I figured let me try an even stronger % such as this â14% azelaic acidâ and itâs completely bogus. It wouldnât surprised me if this crème doesnât have ANY azelaic acid. Thereâs not even the slightest stinging sensation on an open pore/acne which you would most definitely feel using azelaic acid. I also happened to taste REAL azelaic acid crème in the past by accident and this doesnât give off that acidity taste at all. This crème gave no results either⌠stay away.I also had to send back the first packaged bc the seal was ripped open and there was crème pouring out⌠my second package came and it was no different.

It wouldnât surprise me if this product didnât have any ingredient in there. It doesnât work. I shouldâve known since 15% is only by prescription.
