This shelf is super easy to install, very sturdy, great value for the price and looks like it belongs in this closet. I put both shelves in by myself while standing on a ladder, so it can be done by yourself if you lock the sides in place first then secure the screws in the middle. Storage for my shoes and handbags.

Ordered one of these to see how they would work in our hall closet. Came back and ordered 4 more. They work great, just need to play with them a bit to get them just right. Hold good weight. Seem to be well constructed.

Felt very sturdy. Unfortunately it was the wrong size.

We have with lots of ductwork in the walls so we are not able to do a permanent mounting solution. That being said tension tighteners did not work at all. Very difficult to try to put up alone so when you find help and think you have it and try to put the screws in, it falls again. Should have gone with a regular shower curtain rod for all the time I spent researching something with a shelf storage option.

This was exactly what I needed. The shelf in my apartment closet has been broken since I moved in. The apartment management put up a small board, but it was a useless shelf because nothing could fit on it. I measured the closet and found out I needed a board that was 55inches long and 11-15 inches wide. I could not find a replacement anywhere at any local stores. I decided to check out Amazon and they had this adjustable shelf and it was really affordable.I installed it today and it was really easy. The instructions are clear if you use the pictures. The translation to English is not great so the wording is a little hard to understand, but the picture instructions make sense.It comes with another bar you can attach to hang stuff on, but I don't need that part so I don't have it in the photo.It took me maybe 10 minutes total to get it out of the box, set up, and in the closet. I now have a place for my pet's carrier, and a few things I had lying at the bottom of my closet.

overall wonderful oroduct, holds over 40 pounds of stuff withouth ever giving signs of giving up, it assembles easily and goes up mounted in a minute. A great item that turned my closet into so much more space to use, while keeping my regukar hanging coat pole (also because the one that comes with the shelf is the only part that honestly won't hold more than a leather jacket.BE AWARE, know where you are going to place your shelves, once you put it on and you tighten it up, the screws to hold the width of the shelves will make permanent holes in the material, which after a while if you do that a lot becomes loose, and the edges that press against the two walls will RIP AWAY THE PAINT OFF YOUR WALL (you can look at my picture if you don't believe me). When that happened i wanted to cry, but i couldn't because it's just a shelf, how am i gonna cry for a tension shelf. ugh anyway LOL.I still think in certain parts of the house its a wonderful solution and item, but overall not worth the money, the price needs to go down or the quality of certain material should increase.

Just what I needed for my closetInstructions are extremely simple, not sure sure why others say it’s difficult. It’s a tension shelf, pretty self explanatory. You expand the shelf, do a little tighter on a angle and outage it down in place. Level it and tighten the sides. Done ! It took no time

We bought two of these shelves and use them for holding paper products (tissues and paper towels) and seasonal clothing. They work very well for these uses. We haven't used them to hold any heavier items.
